CQ, this is W9GFO here. Come back? CQ, CQ, this is W9GFO. Is anybody out there? This photo, posted in memory of my Dad shortly after he passed away was stolen by a radio parts supply company and used as their web site banner and they ignored all my requests to take it down or pay for use, the web site has since disappeared!

This photo, shot on a local Ottawa bike path was posted to the Elephant Journal web site by someone on staff to show what a great place Boulder Colorado is??? My email requests to take it down or pay for use were ignored, so I posted a comment on the article about stealing photos and got a few friends to do the same, they eventually replied and took it down claiming that this never happens and blamed a "volunteer" who was then executed... kidding!

This photo, one of my photo illusions, was posted to a site in Japan and I have no idea what the page was about and how my photo illusion even related to the page/site, but I sent multiple emails to have it removed, and because this photo was a personal photo for the family I did it for it was not for sale or for use at all! My email requests to take it down were ignored, so I eventually sent a DMCA Takedown, (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), that seemed to get a result as the photo was removed and replaced with a photo of kids playing soccer!

This is probably my most stolen photo, not surprising but still... stealing it and then putting your own watermark on it was going a bit too far!!! I emailed multiple requests to have it taken down, to no avail, I then emailed the hosting service for the web site as the site seemed to be stealing photos from everyone, the site was pulled!
